HomeTech Orlando
HomeTech Orlando is an in-home technology installation service based in Orlando, Florida. We come to the customer's home and install, configure, and test the consumer electronics they have already purchased. We do not sell products.
What we do
We handle the setup that happens after a customer buys new technology: unboxing, mounting, wiring, network configuration, account sign-in, software updates, and a hands-on walkthrough so the customer knows how to use it.
Services
TV mounting and smart TV setup
Wall mounting on drywall, wood, or concrete block. Cable concealment. Connection of streaming boxes, cable boxes, and soundbars. Smart TV setup including Wi-Fi connection, streaming app sign-in (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube, etc.), software updates, and picture calibration.
Wi-Fi and router installation
Installation of single routers and whole-home mesh Wi-Fi systems including Eero, Google Nest Wifi, and Netgear Orbi. Node placement, signal testing room by room, and migration of existing devices onto the new network.
Smart home device installation
Video doorbells, security cameras, smart speakers, smart thermostats, and smart lighting. Includes app setup, account linking, and integration with the home's existing voice assistant when applicable.
Computer and printer setup
New computer setup, data and account transfer from an old computer, printer installation, and Wi-Fi printing configuration.
Service area
Orlando, Florida and surrounding areas in Central Florida. We travel to the customer's home; we do not operate a storefront.
How HomeTech Orlando is different
